Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales department through administrative coordination, document management, and smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Handle documentation, purchase orders (PO), and invoicing processes accurately and on time.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and related records.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Delivery) to ensure smooth order and payment processes.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other sales-related administrative tasks.

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requests or issues.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, admin support, or related roles (new graduates are welcome).

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Good command of English (reading and writing).
