Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales department through administrative coordination, document management, and smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Coordinate and support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Handle documentation, purchase orders (PO), and invoicing processes accurately and on time.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and related records.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Delivery) to ensure smooth order and payment processes.

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other sales-related administrative tasks.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requests or issues.
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, admin support, or related roles (new graduates are welcome).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good command of English (reading and writing).
