Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description
- Act as a project assistant or project secretary, stationed on-site at a government office
- Coordinate and support meetings, documentation, and follow-ups with internal teams and government stakeholders
- Prepare, verify, and archive project-related documents including memos, letters, and meeting minutes
- Assist in daily project activities, manage schedules, and liaise with relevant departments
- Support the preparation of reports and ensure documentation is complete and organized
- Summarize project progress and report directly to the project manager
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, project coordination, or secretarial support
- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work professionally with government agencies
