Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

  1. Act as a project assistant or project secretary, stationed on-site at a government office
  2. Coordinate and support meetings, documentation, and follow-ups with internal teams and government stakeholders
  3. Prepare, verify, and archive project-related documents including memos, letters, and meeting minutes
  4. Assist in daily project activities, manage schedules, and liaise with relevant departments
  5. Support the preparation of reports and ensure documentation is complete and organized
  6. Summarize project progress and report directly to the project manager

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field
  2. At least 1 year of experience in administration, project coordination, or secretarial support
  3. Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work professionally with government agencies
