Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

  1. Responsible for handling administrative tasks for the department, including preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents in accordance with established guidelines, policies, and departmental objectives.

  2. Act as a central point of contact for communication and coordination with both internal and external parties, following defined procedures or assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of information within specified deadlines.

  3. Review and manage documentation related to departmental expense claims, including coordinating with relevant parties to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and timelines.

  4. Participate in the development and improvement of departmental work processes to enhance efficiency, and support the adoption of modern management tools, technologies, or practices in daily operations.

  5. Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge to align with job responsibilities and organizational expectations.

Qualification

  1. No gender or age restrictions.

  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Humanities, or related fields.

  3. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in administrative, documentation, or coordination roles.

  4. Basic proficiency in English, with the ability to read and communicate at a fundamental level.

  5. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  7. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work effectively under deadlines.

  8. Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and develop.
