Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

  1. Provide accurate information and support regarding products and services to customers

  2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

  3. Coordinate with related departments to resolve customer issues effectively

  4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships

  5. Prepare reports on customer interactions and highlight key issues for service improvement

  6. Support sales and marketing teams with customer data and appointment coordination

Job Competencies

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any related field

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  3. Service-minded, patient, and able to work under pressure

  4. Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset

  5. Proficiency in MS Office

  6. Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center will be an advantage
