Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

  1. Communicate and explain Esri Products capabilities accurately to customers and stakeholders
  2. Support product presentations and ensure key features are presented clearly and correctly
  3. Handle Hotline/Support tasks and deliver within agreed timelines (SLA)
  4. Share and update product capability information through internal/external channels to build awareness
  5. Support the team with information for problem-solving and solution guidance
  6. Continuously improve work processes and develop your own performance

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Geography, Information Technology, or related fields
  2. 0–3 years of experience (new graduates are welcome)
  3. Good English communication and presentation skills
  4. Service-minded, eager to learn, and strong teamwork mindset
  5. Customer focus and problem-solving attitude
