Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description
- Communicate and explain Esri Products capabilities accurately to customers and stakeholders
- Support product presentations and ensure key features are presented clearly and correctly
- Handle Hotline/Support tasks and deliver within agreed timelines (SLA)
- Share and update product capability information through internal/external channels to build awareness
- Support the team with information for problem-solving and solution guidance
- Continuously improve work processes and develop your own performance
Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Geography, Information Technology, or related fields
- 0–3 years of experience (new graduates are welcome)
- Good English communication and presentation skills
- Service-minded, eager to learn, and strong teamwork mindset
- Customer focus and problem-solving attitude
