GISC_Utilities Solution Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

• Study, design, and develop Utility and TELCO solutions using Esri products and third-party software.

• Present and demonstrate solutions to Utility and TELCO clients in Thailand and overseas, including CLMV and Asia Pacific.

• Prepare compliance documents in line with technical specifications and TOR requirements.

• Support project implementation for Utility and TELCO clients to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.

• Assist in training clients and users on Utility and TELCO solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and continuously improve work processes and personal performance.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Power Engineering or a related field.

• Knowledge or interest in Utility systems, electrical networks, power systems, or telecommunications.

• Able to learn and apply Esri products and third-party software in solution delivery.

• Good analytical, presentation, communication, and coordination skills.

• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

• Good command of English is preferred.

• Experience in GIS, utility solutions, system implementation, or technical proposal/TOR documentation is a plus.
