Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

  • Oversee and manage overall sales performance across Garmin retail stores and dealer channels nationwide
  • Drive sales targets (monthly/quarterly) and ensure achievement of business goals
  • Lead and supervise in-store sales staff (Sales Promoters), including coaching, training, and performance management
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards, product displays, and customer experience are maintained
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize sales strategies
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and roadshows in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and modern trade channels (e.g., Power Buy, IT City, Banana IT)
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Prepare sales performance reports and present insights to management
  • Resolve store-level issues and customer concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Retail, or Channel Sales (experience in IT, Gadget, or Consumer Electronics is a plus)
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams or multiple retail locations
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and modern trade channels
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel nationwide; own vehicle and driving license required
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
