Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

  1. Implement and configure software solutions according to client requirements.

  2. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.

  3. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide technical support during implementation.

  4. Document processes, configurations, and provide user training when required.

  5. Ensure solutions meet quality standards, timeline, and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  2. 1–3 years of experience in software/system implementation or IT-related role.

  3. Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and basic programming/scripting is an advantage.

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. Good communication and teamwork skills.

  6. Service-minded with ability to work under pressure.
