Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Inventor to join our team. This role is responsible for creating innovations, developing new products, improving existing ones, and exploring cutting-edge technologies to strengthen our position in the market.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the creation of innovative concepts and solutions that align with business strategy and customer needs.

• Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify new technologies, tools, or trends.

• Develop prototypes and run testing processes to evaluate effectiveness and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in projects and ensure alignment between design and implementation.

• Improve existing products by analyzing data, customer feedback, and emerging market demands.

• Provide alternative solutions to complex problems and recommend the most effective course of action with minimal risk.

Qualification

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong self-directed learning ability with a proactive mindset toward knowledge acquisition.

• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in past projects or work experience.

• Solid understanding of technical knowledge, theories, principles, and tools specific to the relevant domain.

• Ability to see the big picture, analyze problems both current and potential, and evaluate direct and indirect impacts.

• Skilled in problem analysis and decision-making, with a structured approach to offering and choosing between solution alternatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields.

• Experience in R&D, innovation, or product development roles is a plus.

• Familiarity with technical tools and experimental design methodologies.
