Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

• Research and stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.

• Propose new ideas and creative concepts to support organizational growth.

• Develop and implement innovations or assigned projects.

• Conduct testing on newly developed products or prototypes.

• Test and evaluate solutions received from other departments.

• Analyze product performance and provide improvement recommendations.

• Collaborate in innovation projects as assigned.

• Take responsibility for assigned tasks until project completion.

• Coordinate with team members to achieve project goals.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in AI, Computer Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field

• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills

• High ability in self-learning and adaptability to new technologies

• Analytical skills to test, evaluate, and improve products or solutions

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
