Learning & Organization Development (L&OD) Trainee

Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

  1. Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning program design.

  2. Assist in creating learning materials such as presentations, e-Learning content, and interactive activities.

  3. Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.

  4. Contribute to Organization Development projects (e.g., Engagement, Culture, Talent Program).

  5. Collect, analyze, and summarize training/OD program evaluation results.

  6. Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and participants.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree student (3rd–4th year) or fresh graduate in HRM, Business, Psychology, Education, HRD, or related fields.
  2. Strong interest in Learning & Development and Organization Development.
  3. Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  5. Experience with Canva or other design tools for learning materials is an advantage.
  6. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  7. Able to work at least 4 days/week during the internship period.
