Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning program design.

Assist in creating learning materials such as presentations, e-Learning content, and interactive activities.

Coordinate and support training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.

Contribute to Organization Development projects (e.g., Engagement, Culture, Talent Program).

Collect, analyze, and summarize training/OD program evaluation results.

Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and participants.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree student (3rd–4th year) or fresh graduate in HRM, Business, Psychology, Education, HRD, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and Organization Development.
- Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience with Canva or other design tools for learning materials is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work at least 4 days/week during the internship period.
