Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description
- Study project details, conditions, objectives, and scope of work in order to propose maintenance services that meet customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities and manage maintenance service sales for departments or organizations under the division’s responsibility to achieve the assigned targets.
- Coordinate with customers after system usage to provide consultation and support for improving their operations.
- Coordinate and follow up according to the procurement processes of government and private sectors, such as submitting bids for government projects (e-Bidding) or special procurement.
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales and service operations.
- Participate in various activities to build good relationships and trust with customers.
- Operate related sales systems such as Quotation System, CIS, PTS, Maintenance Sales Forecast, Aging Report, and WA/MA Warning System.
- Follow up on tasks and prepare project performance delivery reports accurately and completely for customers and relevant parties, ensuring timely payment collection. Workdays: Monday–Friday.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in selling software or IT solutions.
- Understanding of workflow processes for government and private sector clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good personality suitable for sales roles.
- Own a personal vehicle that can be used for work (frequent travel within Bangkok and metropolitan areas).
