Product Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly and quarterly marketing action plans aligned with brand direction and sales targets

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to strengthen product positioning and USP

  • Act as the main contact with international brand principals for campaign updates, media approval, and performance reporting

  • Coordinate new product launches, campaign materials, and marketing support programs

  • Manage assigned marketing budgets and ensure effective spending with strong ROI

  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on data and market response

  • Oversee content creation and promotional activities across online and offline channels

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields

  • 2–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related roles

  • Experience in consumer products, premium lifestyle brands, health/wellness products, or tech gadgets is preferred

  • Experience in coordinating with international principals or overseas partners is an advantage

  • Strong skills in marketing planning, campaign execution, budget control, and performance tracking

  • Good analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
