Product Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly and quarterly marketing action plans aligned with brand direction and sales targets

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to strengthen product positioning and USP

Act as the main contact with international brand principals for campaign updates, media approval, and performance reporting

Coordinate new product launches, campaign materials, and marketing support programs

Manage assigned marketing budgets and ensure effective spending with strong ROI
-
Track and evaluate campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on data and market response

Oversee content creation and promotional activities across online and offline channels
-
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields

2–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related roles
-
Experience in consumer products, premium lifestyle brands, health/wellness products, or tech gadgets is preferred
-
Experience in coordinating with international principals or overseas partners is an advantage

Strong skills in marketing planning, campaign execution, budget control, and performance tracking

Good analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-
Good command of English, both written and spoken
