Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description
- Manage assigned projects to ensure on‑time and quality delivery
- Study project details and create execution plans based on PMM (Project Management Methodology)
- Govern and monitor projects in compliance with PMM standards
- Support, supervise, and develop team members to enhance performance and capability
- Analyze TORs and customer requirements
- Define appropriate technical and business solutions
- Prepare system development and project management approaches in proposals
- Prepare project management plans and cost estimations for proposal
- Coordinate with the ADD team for resource assessment and allocation
- Supervise and manage resources within assigned projects
- Oversee all projects under the responsible department
- Report project progress, risks, and issues to management
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the IT field, Project Management
