Sales Manager (Nostra Logistics)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for logistics and warehouse software solutions

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within transportation, warehousing, and logistics service providers (3PL, 4PL)

  • Deliver consultative sales by proposing solutions that effectively address customer pain points

  • Lead and manage the sales team (if applicable) to achieve assigned sales targets

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts

  • Collaborate with Presales, Technical, and Implementation teams to successfully close deals and ensure smooth solution delivery

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in logistics software to enhance sales strategies

  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Information Technology, or related fields

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software solution sales (Software Sales / SaaS), preferably in Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), ERP, or logistics solutions

  • Strong passion for sales and business development

  • Solid understanding of transportation, warehousing, supply chain, and logistics operations

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

  • Good command of English (preferred)

  • Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and goal-oriented attitude

  • Own a car and able to travel to meet clients
