About the Role

CDG Group is looking for an energetic and proactive Sales Representative to drive IT Solution and System Integration (SI) sales for government and enterprise clients. The role focuses on consultative solution selling, managing proposal and bidding processes, and building strong relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders.

This position is ideal for candidates who have experience in government IT project sales, understand TOR/procurement processes, and enjoy working closely with technical and solution teams to deliver large-scale IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities for IT Solution & System Integration (SI) projects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government and enterprise clients

  • Coordinate with Business Analyst (BA) and Solution teams to design suitable IT solutions for customers

  • Prepare and manage project proposals, quotations, budgeting documents, and TOR-related documentation

  • Participate in bidding and procurement processes for government projects

  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations

  • Follow up on project progress and coordinate internal teams until project delivery completion

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

  • Travel to customer sites in Bangkok, metropolitan areas, and occasionally upcountry

Qualification

  • achelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Solution Sales, SI Sales, or Government Project Sales

  • Strong understanding of government procurement, TOR preparation, and bidding processes

  • Experience handling large-scale IT solution projects is preferred

  • Existing connections within government sectors is highly preferred

  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Possess own vehicle and valid driving license

  • Basic English communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
