Senior Enterprise Solution Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical consultation and support throughout the sales process.
• Design and present tailored IT solutions that meet customer project requirements.
• Prepare technical documents such as technical presentations, POCs, proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and Terms of Reference (TOR).
• Coordinate with partners/vendors for solution development and customization.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to gather resources and support for sales activities.

Job Competencies

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2.5 - 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analyst (BA), System Analyst (SA), or Solution Consultant role.
• Strong knowledge in System Integration (SI) solution design or application development.
• Basic understanding of Web and Mobile applications, Big Data, IoT, and Machine Learning.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
