System Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze software requirements to efficiently address business needs
• Provide technical solutions and procedural design for both the team and users
• Act as a liaison between users, operation team, support units, and IT vendors to ensure superior customer service
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for user engagements
• Responsible for the application design and development of lifecycles to ensure compliance with system standards
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
• Create use-case diagrams, sequence diagrams, and ER diagrams to support system design and communication
