Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and maintaining recruitment databases.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

 

🧩 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms is a plus.
