Trainee (Geospatial Intelligence)

Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

  1. Support photogrammetry processes, including data processing from aerial imagery, drone images, and satellite data

  2. Assist in analyzing and interpreting remote sensing data for government and Smart City projects

  3. Prepare, manage, and analyze spatial data for GIS systems and enterprise platforms

  4. Support map production, reports, and data visualization to communicate spatial analysis results

  5. Collaborate with project teams on Smart City, digital infrastructure, and geospatial information systems

  6. Perform other related tasks supporting geospatial and government technology projects

Qualification

  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geoinformatics, Geospatial Science, or a related field

  2. Basic knowledge of Photogrammetry and/or Remote Sensing

  3. Understanding of GIS systems and spatial data analysis

  4. Ability to use GIS or remote sensing software such as ArcGIS, or related tools (preferred)

  5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a responsible work attitude

  6. Interest in Government Technology (GovTech) and Smart City solutions

  7. Able to commit to the internship period as required and has a personal laptop for work
