Trainee (Inventor)

Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

The Inventor (Trainee) plays a key role in creating innovations, developing new products, improving existing ones, and exploring emerging technologies to strengthen the organization’s competitiveness in the market. This role requires a high level of self-learning ability, creativity, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Innovation & Creativity

• Research and stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.

• Propose new ideas and creative concepts to support organizational growth.

• Develop and implement innovations or assigned projects.

2.Testing & Evaluation

• Conduct testing on newly developed products or prototypes.

• Test and evaluate solutions received from other departments.

• Analyze product performance and provide improvement recommendations.

3. Project Participation

• Collaborate in innovation projects as assigned.

• Take responsibility for assigned tasks until project completion.

• Coordinate with team members to achieve project goals.

Qualification

1. Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering, Science, Technology, Innovation, or related fields.

2. Strong creativity, curiosity, and self-learning mindset.

3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

4. Good teamwork and collaboration abilities.

5. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new things.
