Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

Support the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling

Maintain and update the candidate database

Coordinate between candidates and interviewers to arrange interview schedules and provide necessary information

Assist in Employer Branding activities and recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruitment

Learn and work with HRIS / ATS systems and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobsDB, etc.)

Provide administrative support and prepare recruitment reports
Qualification
-
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HRM, Psychology, or related fields

Strong interest in HR and recruitment processes

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Responsible, eager to learn, and a good team player
