Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

  • Receive and respond to issues related to computer usage, software, and related equipment
  • Analyze, assess, and resolve reported issues accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow up on issue resolution to ensure the problem is properly fixed and the user is satisfied
  • Test software and computer equipment to identify the root cause of issues
  • Provide on-site support when field technicians are unable to resolve problems
  • Study and recommend new technologies to improve troubleshooting processes and prevent future issues
  • Conduct training for customers and technical staff on system operations, including both hardware and software
  • Provide consultation and troubleshooting support for software, hardware, and related systems
  • Coordinate with the development team to resolve system-related issues
  • Perform in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for new or complex issues
  • Provide suggestions to the development team regarding program enhancements to align with customer requirements
  • Perform system testing as assigned

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Hardware, Software, and Networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, software, and related equipment
  • Experience in computer maintenance, card printer systems, or other specialized systems is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess issues and resolve them accurately and efficiently
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve work processes
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to users in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Strong service mindset and professional attitude when dealing with users
