Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in maintaining, troubleshooting, developing, and improving computer systems, both hardware and software, to ensure optimal performance and maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Offer consultation and support on products to the sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users requesting support.

  • Perform basic electrical maintenance and repair.

  • Provide support for ID card printer usage, including system development and training for customers and internal technicians on hardware, software, and other assigned areas.

  • Prepare reports on urgent and critical issues for the team.

  • Support the sales team with product demonstrations and system demos when requested.

Qualification

  • Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • New graduates are welcome. Candidates with experience in IT support or electrical work will be given special consideration.

  • Strong knowledge and skills in electrical systems and/or computer systems.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills, service-minded, and a passion for providing support and solving user issues.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.

  • Skills in electrical maintenance and repair will be considered a plus.
