Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description
Responsibilities:

Provide support in maintaining, troubleshooting, developing, and improving computer systems, both hardware and software, to ensure optimal performance and maximum customer satisfaction.

Offer consultation and support on products to the sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users requesting support.

Perform basic electrical maintenance and repair.

Provide support for ID card printer usage, including system development and training for customers and internal technicians on hardware, software, and other assigned areas.

Prepare reports on urgent and critical issues for the team.

Support the sales team with product demonstrations and system demos when requested.
Qualification

Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

New graduates are welcome. Candidates with experience in IT support or electrical work will be given special consideration.

Strong knowledge and skills in electrical systems and/or computer systems.

Excellent communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills, service-minded, and a passion for providing support and solving user issues.

Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
-
Skills in electrical maintenance and repair will be considered a plus.
