Duties & Responsibilities/ Job Description

Troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues for service requesters.

Performing basic maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.

Supporting the use of card printing machines and developing related systems, including providing training for customers and the company’s technical staff on both hardware and software operations, as well as other assigned tasks.

Preparing and submitting reports on critical and urgent issues to the team.

Supporting the Sales team with system demonstrations (Demo) for sales activities upon request.
Qualification

Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in IT Support or electrical maintenance will be considered an advantage.

Strong knowledge and skills in electrical systems and/or computer systems.

Good communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Service-minded, customer-oriented, and able to effectively troubleshoot and support end-users.

Possession of a driver’s license will be an advantage.
-
Ability in electrical maintenance and repair will be considered a plus.
